Ready Haven Remedies

Independent guides to everyday remedies: what the evidence actually says, and how to choose products on defensible properties rather than claims.

This site is built on one rule: a health claim and an affiliate link never share a page. The pages that examine what is known about a herb or a mineral carry no Amazon links, so they can be quoted and shared freely. The pages that help you buy carry tagged links, a disclosure at the top, and picks justified by properties printed on the label rather than by any claim. Each buying guide links to its evidence page and back again.

Common symptoms

A symptom is where most people actually start, so we built a page for each of the common ones - and each of those pages is split in two on purpose. The first half is a plain, sourced account of what mainstream medicine says and when to seek care, and it carries no affiliate links at all. The second half is a clearly separated list of products that may help, with tagged links, justified only by properties printed on the label. The claim and the till never share a section, let alone a sentence.

Type a symptom into the search box in the header and the page routes you straight to the right one; it runs in the browser, with no server and nothing tracking what you type. Or browse the whole set, grouped by category, on the symptom guides index.
